Japanese Dolls and Crafts : Kimura Ohshido

This doll is blue "Sumo" which is made by Uzaburo which is the factory in Northwest of Japan. SUMO is the national sport in Japan. It is a kind of martial art where two sumo wrestlers,fight in a ring.This one express the sumo wrestler.They have their hair tied up in a certain style, called oicho. Their hair style is lovely and its atmosphere is soft and kind. If you decorate it in your room, it makes us relaxed.
