Flower Song (M)
It is a simple Kokeshi doll in the pattern that treats plum blossoms on a large scale. It is very popular as a staple item.
This kokeshi is "Flower's Song (S)" which is made by Uzaburo that is factory in northwest of Japan. The aesthetic gold and silver plum flower suit its quiet red kimono. It remind us the Haiku of Michizane Sugawara who is historical person in Japan in A.D 903. He composed famous song about plum's smell and coming spring.
