Japanese Dolls and Crafts : Kimura Ohshido

We call it "Jufuku" which is made by Shoei Fujikawa who is excellent craftperson in Japan. This kokeshi is one of popular in our shop. Many people who visit Kyoto is attracted by it. Their facial expression is soft and kind. Teir Kimono which is drawn some pine on his clothes and red plums on her clothes is beautiful.The pine and plum means good luck in Japan.
